Our client appointed us to completely renovate their newly purchased mid-terrace property in the heart of Harborne. They wanted to breathe new life into the home and update it for 21st living which included a more open-plan living area.

As the property was mid-terrace we were limited to a degree about how much we could extend but we took advantage of the permitted development rights and created a much needed larger family space.
