The client wanted to update his newly purchased bungalow situated in the popular village of Upton Upon Severn and bring it into the 21st Century. Various contemporary features were added to this great prominent site including a mix of render and slim profile aluminium windows. Internally the introduction of a mezzanine level in the main living space created a great additional floor area and a semi-private space in what is very much an open plan design. Careful detailing and increased insulation levels allowed for this project to be sustainable and should save the client considerable cost in utility bills for the future.
